The book I wrote gets its first review

June 28th, 2009 Categories: Uncategorized

So I decided to check out how many books I’d sold this month and whether anyone had reviewed my book – dreading someone had given it one star. So I searched for my book in Amazon.com and found my book had been reviewed! Four stars out of five. I must say I’d have to agree with the review – it should have included more references, pictures etc. But on the whole it has some good advice. Apparently it’s more about stealth and assault – I guess thats where my strengths lie.

So far book sales have been 45 on Amazon and 2 on Lulue, netting me a total of around $300 – hardly worth the three months of writing – but at least I’ve documented my knowledge of playing FPS and it is a good way of saying good bye to my addiction to gaming.

I’m still considering my next project – but I don’t feel I can really do it until I am completely better. Basically I’m currently working hard on fixing my body – I’ve learned how to stretch and strengthen every muscle in my body – but the hardest part is to get the technique right and get muscles working that haven’t been used in year.

At the moment I’m making real progress on my arm – something which had prevented me using a computer properly for around 4 years, a very hard time for me. I’ve realised more recently I cannot do one proper press up (with proper technique), yet I can do thirty or so without maintaining what is known as “scapula stability”. I’ve also found that I had been doing situps with bad technique for years – despite developing a six pack whilst doing karate (note this is now a one pack)!!!

The review seems to be missing or deleted…?
